Jennifer Lopez needs a new assistant. The Jenny From The Block hitmaker is on the hunt for a replacement PA after her last one quit.

“The person has to be graceful under pressure, have a thick skin, and be resourceful in foreign countries, among others things,” an insider told Life & Style magazine. “You’ll be expected to travel at a moment’s notice and must know how to adjust in each city. The job is 6 days a week, at least 12 hour days with one day off, but you may not get off for weeks. You’ll be on call 24/7 and you’ve got to be organized and always on point. You have to change diapers, work on little sleep and cook if the butler is away.”

In addition to all that, you have to be comfortable around "very high profile people" and be willing to help dress Lopez for photo shoot and events. But the salary will be very cheap, only $55,000 to $65,000 per year.

LeAnn Rimes Performed In Bikini On America's Got Talent

Country singer LeAnn Rimes went retro during a recent performance on America's Got Talent in which she wore a vintage bikini and straddled a dancer.

"Our performance was spot on!" Rimes tweeted Friday, two days after signing a cover of John Anderson's 1983 country song "Swingin'" on the NBC talent contest. "I'm incredibly proud of it!! And performing in a bikini in front of 26 million people keeps you going."

LeAnn Rimes was in a retro navy blue bikini, the 28-year-old singer straddled a male dancer as she belted out her hit song "Swingin'" on Thursday's episode.

The day prior, Rimes hinted she would be showing off some serious skin but she kept the details of her scandalous dance routine a secret.

"Dress rehearsal! Lots of tape to make sure I stay in my bikini. Doing a lot of flipping! First time ever performing in a bikini! Fun!" she Tweeted.

Though Rimes' bold dance moves shocked some, her boyfriend Eddie Cibrian was clearly impressed, "@leannrimes baby u were kick ass!!" the former CSI: Miami actor, 37, Tweeted after the show.

Mila Kunis refuses plastic surgery rumors. The actress says that if she did go under the knife, she’d have her small boobs made bigger! “Where are my boobs? If I were going to get plastic surgery, I’d get some real work done,” she said of the surgery rumors.

Kunis says she doesn’t get much attention from the paparazzi. “Sometimes,” she said, “I’ll get paparazzi, but it’s only because someone else was here before me, and I’m like, ‘Crap, I got the leftovers.’”

The Oscar-nominated actress, Laura Linney, who stars in new TV series ''The Big C'' which had a big opening night for Showtime attracting the largest audience for any new series on the premium cable channel since 2002, says she has no qualms about taking her clothes off in front of the camera and described herself as a “real tart” who loves to get naked.

“I’m a real tart. I’ve been naked in a lot of movies,” she said. “I feel that the nudity in some way will add to the story or the understanding of the character, I’ll do it.”

Laura, 46, recently hit out at people who complain about getting old. “My level of appreciation of the basics of life has gone up,” she said. “You know, I recently heard someone complaining about getting old, and I had such a violent reaction to that.“There’s no question that getting old isn’t easy, but it’s a privilege, folks. The rumours have been hearing for weeks have just been confirmed. Hayden Christensen and Rachel Bilson are both back on the market after calling an end to their engagement.

According to People.com, the couple, who has been rumoured to have been on a break the past few months, has officially ended their relationship due to the distance between them, with Christensen residence in Canada and Bilson primarily in L.A. The couple met on the set of the movie ''Jumper'' released in 2008.

"It just wasn't working out," a source told People. Bilson’s representative confirmed the breakup to Us Weekly. "Yes, the engagement is off, therefore, so is the wedding," said the rep. Source also tells People that Bilson is "focusing on her career, spending time with her family and just moving forward."

Rumors swirled a few months back about the couple’s status of their relationship when Bilson walked the red carpet without her engagement ring, according to Usmagazine.com. Bilson walked the red carpet at the THQ/Take No Prisoners event in Los Angeles and said, “No, no plans" and pointed to her ring-less finger. "No nothing," when asked about wedding plans.

Christensen is best known for his roles as Anakin Skywalker in the two most recent Star Wars flicks and as disgraced reporter Stephen Glass in the 2003 film Shattered Glass. Bilson is most famous for her role as Summer Roberts in the TV show The O.C. The two co-stared in last year’s ensemble drama New York, I Love You.

Julia Roberts Converting Into Hinduism!

Julia Roberts, star of the new movie "Eat Pray Love" which tells the story of a soul-searching character, is now a practicing Hindu.

Roberts, in an interview with Elle magazine, says she worships with her husband, cameraman Danny Moder, and their three children, People.com says.

The family, she told Elle, goes to temple together to "chant and pray and celebrate. I'm definitely a practicing Hindu." Roberts grew up in Georgia, the daughter of Christian parents.

Other celebrities who have practiced Hinduism include former Beatle George Harrison, author J.D. Salinger and NFL player Ricky Williams.

In her September cover interview, Roberts, 42, decries the use of botox and plastic surgery. "It's unfortunate that we live in such a panicked, dysmorphic society where women don't even give themselves a chance to see what they'll look like as older persons," she says.

The star of "Pretty Woman" and "Erin Brokovich" also spoke about her relationship with her family. "You make these people and you love them and you want them around for a thousand years," she said about her three kids, 3-year-old Henry and 5-year-old twins Phinnaeus and Hazel. "And you want to be there for them for a thousand years."

Megan Fox starred in the music video of Eminem and Rihanna´s featuring new single “Love The Way You Lie,” along with Lost actor Dominic Monaghan. The pay for her appearance in the music video went to Sojourn House, a shelter aimed to protect abused women and children.

The two spend the majority of the video screaming at each other between major make out sessions against plywood walls. Rihanna stands outside their house singing the chorus over and over again, while Eminem is confusingly, and probably against his will, ditched in a wheat field around sunset. Oh, and Megan Fox wears combat boots that look too heavy.

The Transformers actress already revealed two years ago that helping people, especially children, is her wish. "I feel like that’s my purpose in life, to do charity work and help people around the world on a global level," said Fox. "Being part of this business, you have so much influence and you can really make a difference."

"I’m drawn towards the idea of somehow helping children," said the 24-year-old actress according to Just Jared.

Now the idea has become a reality. “Love The Way You Lie” has made it to the top of Billboard Hot 100, and was the winner of Digital Song Charts five weeks in a roll.

“It was great to have Rihanna, Megan and Dominic on board for this, they really brought it and made this video super-powerful," said Eminem.

The “Transformers” star, Megan Fox, was recently chosen to be the new face of Giorgio Armani Cosmetics. As representative, Megan Fox will also play a critical role in the the company’s advertising campaign set to kick off later this year.

“Megan embodies the spirit of the women of today: free, confident and seductive. Her beautiful features reveal femininity, sensuality and strength,” a spokeswoman from Giorgio Armani Cosmetics said.

Megan found the news quite exciting and greatly appreciated the honor. Via press release, the 24-year-old actress said, “Mr. Armani is an iconic visionary for all things fashion. I’m honored to be associated with him and part of this campaign.”

Fox is set to appear in advertising for the line beginning in October. The campaign was shot by Craig McDean, who also shot Fox’s covers for W and Interview magazines.

Hollywood's highest-paid actress is Sandra Bullock, Forbes magazine reported. The publication said, it looked at women's paychecks for films and television from June 2009 to June 2010, as well as their earnings from clothing lines and perfume and makeup endorsements, to compile the roster.

Bullock came in at the top of the Forbes list with $56 million, followed by Reese Witherspoon and Cameron Diaz each with $32 million, Jennifer Aniston with $27 million and Sarah Jessica Parker with $25 million.

Bullock, 46, placed first not only starring in The Blind Side, which earned $310 million, but also for The Proposal, which raked in another $320 million.

Witherspoon, 34, hasn't been seen in a movie since 2008's Four Christmases (she also lent her voice to 2009's animated film Monsters vs. Aliens), she sits near the top of the list because of upfront pay days on two upcoming movies ''How Do You Know'' and the film adaptation of ''Water for Elephants''. To boot, Witherspoon also earns money as an "ambassador" for Avon.

No. 4 Jennifer Aniston made $27 million despite bombs such as Love Happens, which took in just $36 million worldwide. But the 41-year-old Aniston still gets money from Friends and recently launched her own perfume line.

In fifth place, Sarah Jessica Parker, mainly because she keeps benefiting from Sex and the City. The 45-year-old actress took in $25 million from the show's syndication, and this year's sequel Sex and the City 2 earned $280 million at the global box office. Her perfume line is also a big seller, the magazine reported.

The shoot sees Aniston morphed into an uncanny likeness of the "Funny Girl star," and she admits the transformation felt complete when she was treated to a Streisand-style manicure. She says, "The nails were like, 'There she is!'"

Lady Gaga is on the top at this year’s MTV Video Music Awards with a record 13 nominations. Lady Gaga is nominated twice for "Bad Romance" and "Telephone" with Beyonce.

The kooky singer, who won three gongs for her ‘Poker Face’ and ‘Paparazzi’ videos at last year’s ceremony, was also nominated for a further five awards for her ‘Video Phone’ collaboration with Beyonce.

Jennifer Lopez is joining American Idol's judging panel for its upcoming 10th season, an industry source tells People. The news dropped just hours after Ellen DeGeneres confirmed her exit from the show, despite having only served one year of a reported multi-season deal.

Lopez served as an "Idol" mentor on Latin night during the show's sixth season, garnering generally positive reviews for her warm, candid style, and her ability to extract a not entirely terrible performance of "Bésame Mucho" from widely maligned contestant Sanjaya Malakar.

A Fox spokesperson declined to comment on the reported deal with Lopez. Calls and emails to Fremantle Media, "American Idol" spokespersons, and Lopez's reps were not immediately returned.

DiCaprio Not Doing Mel Gibson's Viking

Leonardo DiCaprio has reportedly withdrawn from a Mel Gibson directed movie about vikings in the wake of the Braveheart star’s domestic abuse scandal. The move from Viking movie is a direct result of the troubling times that have befallen Mel Gibson. With scandalous stories and horrifying phone calls, tales of abuse and racism surrounding Gibson.

It is said that DiCaprio, who currently riding high at the box office with summer blockbuster Inception, simply wants to avoid controversial things. “Not a chance,” said a source close to Leo when asked if the Hollywood hunk was still planning to star in Mel’s next project. The source also said, “Leo has earned the right to pick and choose who he works with and Mel Gibson is not one of them.”

On the other-hand, DiCaprio admits his “biggest regret” is turning down the chance to star in Boogie Nights. He still can’t forget the one dream role that got away.

Mold Not The Cause of Brittany Murphy And Her Husband Death

Brittany Murphy’s mother is shooting down reports from TMZ alleging that her daughter and son-in-law’s mysterious deaths were the result of a mold infestation in their home. According to the reports, California’s Department of Public Health had allegedly decided to launch an investigation to see if toxic spores in their Hollywood Hills mansion had anything to do with the couple’s deaths, which were less than 6 months apart. Brittany passed away in December 2009 and her husband Simon Monjack died 5 months later in May 2010, both due to pneumonia and anaemia.

However Brittany’s mom Sharon Murphy, who lived in the home with the couple, says that there’s no mold in the home and she’s been nothing but cooperative with authorities handling the investigation, contrary to reports of her doing the opposite. 

 

She says: “I have never been personally asked by the Coroner or anyone from the Health Department to come and inspect my home for mold. In the last eight months, I have been through the most unimaginable events, which no one could ever fathom. I have and will continue to be very cooperative and fully comply with any such request. It’s absurd that this kind of misinformation is being reported by the media.”

On the other hand, the late Brittany Murphy’s business manager is claiming that Murphy’s, also late, husband, Simon Monjack, withdrew hundreds of thousands of dollars from her accounts.

Both Brittany Murphy and her husband, Simon Monjack, died suddenly at home. Murphy was found dead in December last year and Monjack this May.

The British actress, Kate Winslet, who announced her split from husband Sam Mendes earlier this year is said to have hooked up with British model Louis Dowler. And according Dowler’s rep at Elite Models in Toronto, Dowler is the polar opposite of Mendes. “He’s very charismatic,” the rep told People magazine. “Clients love working with him and he is a fabulous and talented guy.”

Louis Dowler works for the Select Model Agency. Dowler and Winslet reportedly met through mutual friends.

“Louis has been spending a lot of time with Kate recently and they were in New York together while he was shooting an advert,” a source recently told Britain’s News of The World newspaper. “They’ve been on lots of dates and get on really well. It’s early days for them but they enjoy each other’s company. They’ve been desperate to keep the relationship under wraps so they’ve been a bit low-key so far.”

It's somewhere the kids know and it allows Mason to stay in the same school district, which was important to them, that there's continuity for him. They take moving in with the kids with a lot of responsibility. They want to make sure that it was done in the right way."

LeAnn finalised her divorce from her ex-husband Dean Sheremet last month, after the actress embarked on an affair with Eddie in early 2009.

Britain’s Daily Mail says the billionaire media mogul, Oprah Winfrey, who is launching her own cable channel, the Oprah Winfrey Network, next January, reportedly has called Ferguson last week to arrange a deal and offered Sarah Ferguson for her very own TV show.

“Oprah made the call this week,” a source told the newspaper. They spoke in person and, for Sarah, the offer is a ray of light at the end of a very dark tunnel.

Oprah has known Sarah for some time and the Duchess went on Oprah’s show to explain herself after her most recent scandal.Oprah has always been impressed by Sarah’s ability to pick herself up and reinvent herself. Oprah said, “She feels Sarah will be someone viewers of her new channel will be able to relate to on many levels, she’s a divorcee, a working mother, someone who has made some very public mistakes and a woman who, like Oprah, constantly battles with her weight."

Oprah was impressed by Sarah’s ability to face up to her errors and to apologize publicly for them. Americans love people who reinvent themselves and Oprah believes Sarah can do that on the new network.

Sarah also believes her chances of finding meaningful work in Britain are negligible and she has always felt more accepted in America. And said, “The idea would be for her to be based in New York so that she could return to England regularly to see the Princesses. At the end of the day she needs to earn a living.”

Sarah was left red-faced earlier this year when was caught on video accepting money in exchange for a promise of business access to her ex-husband, Prince Andrew, who is a British trade representative.
